The programme stresses on leadership innovation and best practices helping to develop its graduates to become capable of managing modern enterprise effectively and independently.

OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME
The programme is expected to offer enormous benefits to the graduates, the institutions and the nation. The following are some of the envisage objectives of the programme:
The development of the programme was supervised by the ACCA. It is expected that the ACCA’s over a century experience in the training of accountants has enhanced the quality of the programme. Closely aligned to this is the constant supervision by the ACCA. This ensures that the courses are regularly updated to enhance the market-relevance of the programme.
The programme is based on the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the reporting standard supported by the Ghanaian Regulatory Framework. Compared to the other Masters programme run by sister Universities in collaboration with the British Counterparts, the fee for the programme is moderate.
