Rector Attends General Council Meeting of The Church of Pentecost
The Rector of Pentecost University, Aps. Dr. Daniel O. Walker, participates in the 2020 General Council Meeting of The Church of Pentecost.
The General Council is the highest policy organ of the Church and ratifies all major decisions of the Executive Council.
Aps. Dr. Walker who was elected to the Executive Council of the church in 2018 has since been a regular Councilor in the Annual General Council Meeting.
Among many things, he is expected to address the Council on diverse issues most prominent of which are the charter status Pentecost University has earned and how the university prepares to thrive during and post Covid-19.
The General Council Meeting is constituted by the Executive Council, all Area Heads as well as District Pastors and Presiding Elders selected at the Area level.
This year’s Meeting is the 44th session and scheduled between 2nd and 5th June 2020. It will take place online and will be chaired by the Chairman of COP, Aps. Eric Nyamekye.

The general council is not made of people including presiding elders selected at the Area level.
How is it constituted please?
Please about the fees can you please allow the student to write exams and pay later cause of the pandemic business is slow.
