ABE Caribbean and Africa Director Visits Pentecost University
The Director of Association of Business Executive, for Africa and Carebean, Mrs Kereesa Carrington-Nunez is visiting Pentecost University. Mrs. Carrington-Nunez will be in the University from Monday 29th November to Wednesday 1st December 2021.
The visit is to commend PU as ABE supercenter in Africa, as the University is the biggest Centre in West Africa.
Mrs Carrington-Nunez whilst in Ghana will explore more opportunities of promoting ABE in Ghana. This will include engaging stakeholders to understand the ABE model as a recognized and competitive academic qualification that prepares students adequately for the corporate world.
She will also engage lecturers, students and ABE alumni to discuss trends in the ABE model.
Speaking about the visit, the Acting Director of the College of Foundation and Professional Studies which houses the PU ABE, Dr. Alexander Amo Baffour said it’s timely. Dr. Amo Baffour said the PU ABE center has been recognized globally as one of the most viable in the world. He said “the center has produced high performing professionals who are making impact in industry.” He added that the visit of a high profile official in ABE will throw more light on ABE and the Pentecost University center.
