If you did not meet the required grades for a Degree, all is not lost. Pentecost University College offers you an opportunity to study a Diploma programme which will later help integrate you into the mainstream Degree programme.
The Association of Business Executives (ABE) provides flexible professional business qualifications which can lead to university entry or help in developing your career.
ABE offers Diplomas in Business Management with additional pathways in Human Resource Management and Marketing Management. ABE qualifications are accredited in the UK by Ofqual and are studied by 50,000 students every year in more than 400 colleges worldwide. Pentecost University College (Ghana) is accredited by the National Accreditation Board (NAB) and ABE, UK to run the programme in Ghana.
It will take a student 3 years to complete this programme. Successful completion of each level guarantees you admission onto a corresponding Degree in Ghana and other universities worldwide. Students are required to have credits in 3 core subjects including Maths and English from WASSCE as well as 2 elective subjects together with the ABE certificate to be accepted onto a degree programme.

Why study the Business Management programme?
The Business Management programme, which is accredited by Ofqual, is a comprehensive and detailed programme which covers the knowledge and skills required in modern business practice. The programme will provide you with an appreciation of the theoretical issues involved in the study of business whilst also helping you to develop a range of practical skills which will enhance your value to employers. Major topics covered in the Business Management programme include management, marketing, economics and accounting.

Why study the Human Resource Management programme?
The Human Resource Management programme introduces you to the academic disciplines that underlie the effective management of the human resource and proceeds to explore the theory, practice and strategy of human resource management.
