Missions 2019 Launched
The 2018 edition of Missions was launched today at the JM Auditorium.
The week-long spiritual programme was launched by the Rector, Aps. Dr. Daniel Walker in an atmosphere fully charged by the Power of the Holy Spirit.
The Rector’s brief opening sermon taken from Numbers 33:50-53 emphasized that God has instructed us to possess every land our foot sets and we are to drive out, destroy and demolish any obstacle or impediment there is.
The theme for this year’s Missions is “POSSESSING THE LAND” (Num 33:53 NIV). The Guest Speaker for the programme is Aps. Dr. Amos Jimmy Markin, Director of Evangelism of the Church of Pentecost. Other Speakers are Aps. Christian Tsekpoe, STEE Coordinator-PUC and Aps. Nana Yaw Agyei, Center Manager – Pentecost Convention Centre.
Missions is an annual spiritual activity where the university community come before the Lord God Almighty and lift prayers and supplications for wisdom, protection, grace, as well as pray for PUC, the Church, Ghana and the global community.
