The BSc. Business Administration (Human Resource Management) Programme provides an opportunity for students to acquire knowledge in the HR management practice and at the same time update and sharpen their personal management skills.
The programme provides the requisite knowledge and understanding about the factors, which influence the behaviour of people at work, including organization structures, job design, team/group mechanisms, management/leadership styles and the process of effective human resource management.
The internship programmes will allow students to apply what is learned in the classroom environment and obtain the valuable practical experience needed to become competent Human Resource managers.
The Programme is also intended to provide a foundation on which the graduate can build a career on Corporate Governance through expanded experience and/or further education.
