Pentecost University to Resume Academic Work from 16th January
Pentecost University has set 16th January 2021 as the date for academic work to resume for all levels of students.
This was announced in a memo signed by the Registrar, Mr Foster Amoani and circulated to the University community.
Following the address to the nation by the President of Ghana on the re-opening of schools, please find below the re-opening dates for both Undergraduate and Graduate students for the 2020/2021 Academic Year
The arrival of Fresh (Regular/Weekend)- Saturday, January 16, 2021.” It further said lectures for all undergraduate programs will begin Monday 18th January 2021.
On the other hand, lectures will begin on Monday 11th January 2021 for Graduate students. However, lectures for trimester based programs will continue from 9th January 2021.
Therefore, the memo stated that registration for undergraduate students begin on 11 January and end on 30th January 2021. It instructed students to comply with the registration timelines.
Pentecost University suspended all academic activities in line with Covid-19 directives of the Government of Ghana, since March 2020. With the new directive by government, both faculty and staff of the University look forward to a return of vigorous academic work on campus.
